# Welcome to GVNR

## Universal Permissionless Control

Today, for users to transact cross chain and for chains to access these users’ liquidity, everyone is reliant on bridges - which have been proven to be vulnerable to successful attacks, with users losing all of their funds. At present, moving assets and value requires wallets, bridges and effort - RISK.

Wallet numbers and user engagement are exploding in the space - but most EVM Smart Contracts and DApps get deployed only once to a single chain, which limits the scalability and growth potential. GVNR was designed specifically with these weaknesses in mind, in order to mitigate bridge risk for chains and users alike, whilst allowing developers to build DApps for every chain all at once.

GVNR enables actors including users, AI agents and smart contracts to control any digital asset on every connected chain. Each actor creates its own remote addresses, which means assets are only controlled by YOUR actor. GVNR mitigates trust requirements, it’s permissionless. Your addresses, your commands and your instructions.
